  1. Sorry to hear that, hopefully mine will be ready. That will be nip and tuck as well. My parts should be here for Monday, at the latest Wed or at least thats what Paul at Burton Power told me this morning. :-/
  2. Got hold of Burton today, they have been holding on to the order because one part was missing. Spoke to a terrific guy in sales who is literally putting the order together for me and doing his best to get it into todays express delivery. As in going to the parts dept and picking the bits himself.. All things being equal, I should have the parts by Monday, Wed at the latest. The guy in sales is Paul Sargent, he handled the situation with class and a great easy going manner, very proffessional.
  3. Sorry to not respond sooner. One of my daughters has been in hospital for a while now, been quite a time for us all. The tranny is the ford type 9 five speed. I need the front and rear oil seals. I have been getting my parts from Burton in the UK, delivery is usually 7-10 days, dont know what has gone wrong this time.

  15. Great pics kiwi, true seven owners, drive just because you can! The orange car has interesting looking side screens, custom built by the look of them, would love to see more in detail pics of them. If he wants to share...cheers.
  16. Realized that my new block did not have the hole to accept the sensor (pick up) for the ecu which reads off of the fly wheel. So, out with the drill and holecutters, deep breath and a rum and coke. It took a while and afew anxious moments but the hole is now done and the pick up is in place. Hope my cardboard template was good enough...destroyed a couple of hole cutters in the process.
