  11. Thanks Robert. I wasn't 100% sure the breather was the same one used on the Merkur XR4Ti. I've dealt with the guys at Midwest Merkur - great folks - so I'll fire them off an email and see what they have available. Of course, seeing as the Merkurs were officially brought to the U.S. by Ford, wouldn't my local Ford dealer be able to get these breathers? Thanks again. Cheers!
  12. Hi All, Just curious: does anyone here know where I might be able to find a breather tube for a 7" Ford Sierra differential (without having source one from the UK that is)? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance. Cheers!
  13. Sam, I sent you a PM expressing interest in the radiator on July 6th (shortly after your original post) but haven't heard back from you. Is the radiator still available? If so I'm still very interested. You can either respond here or send me a PM. Cheers!
  14. I'm with dvl. If the lot doesn't sell, I'm very interested in the rear wings (item 2 on your list). I'm in Michigan and can pick up. Let us know. Cheers! Michael

  16. Awesome! Thanks dallasdude. I'll call Dave Bean during the week and see if I can't get a set from them. Cheers for the info!

  19. I'm just thumbing through the Dave Bean catalogue right now - any idea what the part number is for the upgraded stub axle?
  20. Hey guys, thanks for your posts. xcarguy - Thanks for the links. Good to know this stub axle is something I can get without going through Caterham. Cheers! James A - The reason I need one is because I only have one and need a second. However, I have contemplated getting an upgraded pair of stub axles instead; Caterham sell upgrades, but I didn't realize Dave Bean did as well. Do the upgraded stub axles require different bearings or hubs?
  21. Hi all, I'm in need of a short front stub axle. I've attached a photo with dimensions for reference. It's my understanding these short stub axles were used on cars equipped with clamshell fenders (the short bit is on the inboard side). These are no longer available from Caterham Cars UK; they only have the longer front stub axles which are used on cars with cycle fenders. I don't know if these are originally Triumph parts (or some other source) or if they are Caterham-specific so if anyone here knows I'd really appreciate the guidance. Conversely if anyone is selling any please let me know. I'm only in need of one stub axle, but if anyone has a pair they are looking to sell I'll entertain take them both. Thanks very much in advance. Cheers!
  22. Thanks for the responses everyone. bigdog - you're logic makes complete sense, so following your comment the original Caterham horns were likely one low tone and one high tone. Croc - So did you replace the two Caterham horns with only one or with two Hella Supertone? Was there a particular model number?
  23. Hi all, A quick question for the Caterham owners (and knowledgable enthusiasts) regarding the OEM Caterham horns: According to the Caterham assembly instructions, their cars/kits come with two horns. However there is no mention whether one is a high-tone and the other is a low-tone, or if both horns are the same tone. So I was hoping someone here can clarify whether the supplied horns come as one low-tone and the other a high-tone, or are they are both the same tone (either both low or both high tone)? Thanks very much in advance. Cheers!
