Miscellaneous Lotus 7 and Caterham Parts

Recommended Posts

Doing some Spring Cleaning of the race shop and came across these parts that are "extra" to my needs at the moment. Let me know if anyone can use.

1. Complete Brooklands setup including base unit and side mirrors. As used on 1995 Caterham but fits on standard Lotus 7's as well. Very, very nice. $350

2. Caterham aluminum steering rack mounts. $50/pr.

3. Early Lotus 7 front brake calipers. Have been bead blasted and the pucks are in good condition, and have new bleed screws but the rubber likely needs replaced. $100/pr

4. Early Lotus 7 front uprights, trunions, spindles, caliper brackets, and hubs (3.750 bolt circle). This is pretty much a complete front end setup off of an early 7 less the rotors that was converted to a full on SCCA race car with custom suspension and while it is "grungy" it could all be cleaned up and re-used. The uprights are the desirable early style with the proper bolt-on caliper bracket as is correct for a "7" and even the bearings and races inside the hubs are fine to use. $250 for all.

5. Two front anti roll bars (sway bars). Both are .500 O.D. One is an original S2 Lotus 7 bar that the ends have been chopped off right where the bar would go into the upper suspension arm. It could easily be repaired by welding a fender washer and fine thread 1/2" bolt to the bar on each end to make it good as new again. $25. The other bar is a bar that was being used on a car with modified front suspension with full upper a-arm and a totally separate sway bar and the customer decided to go to a 5/8 bar. $25 for this bar as well.

6. Brake and Clutch pedals. These are actually out of an original Ginetta G4 that I put an aftermarket pedal setup in but are very similar to early Lotus 7 pedals and could easily be modified to work in a 7 if someone is building a replica or restoring a car. $50/pr.

All parts located in Akron, OH and are plus shipping. Craig Chima, CC Motorsports. (330) 807-0742 or chima97@aol.com

Steve: I drive right by Craig's 1 x a month on my way to visit family. If this ends up yours, I am happy to pick it up and bring to NJMP. BTW, I am keeping mine after all.

Brooklands are spoken for. Forgot to mention that I will have complete set of Bilstein shocks and springs off of '95 Caterham that is being converted to race car if anyone is looking a set. Sort of recall a post awhile back with somebody looking for the like. Craig
