I went up to George Alderman's shop, in New Castle, Delaware to have some work done. I took some pictures while I was there...

The ERA GT40 belongs to a guy at the plumbing supply business next door.

The Orange R500 is Dr. Doug's. He's getting a new engine to replace the one he put a couple of holes in on the front straight of TBolt at NJMP a couple weeks before our 7s event. Is his Muira V12 engine still in the machine shop area? It was the last time I was down there.

The red one is a 40th anniversary with a Sigma engine that is probably for sale. Tom

Think I also see John's ali car getting similar engine work to Dr Doug?

The one on the lift is my car. I was getting the 'anti-squeal' belt mod done, along with a couple of other minor items. In addition to what you say is Doug's car, there was the 40th anniversary car mentioned, and an SV. The Devin on the side was very pretty. I did NOT see a Miura engine. I'd like to meet a guy who has both a Caterham Superlight and a Miura!

The green SV and the Anniversary editions are George's cars and probably for sale if anyone is interested. As for Doug. He's a wild man and a very good driver. Hopefully if you come up next year to our 7s gathering you'll meet him.
