This is not my setup, but it does make me think, it's for a friends FWD Honda kit. It only takes me 10 minutes to get my exhaust manifold off so lets see if it fits. I have always had a long term plan to move to a turbo setup when I have the most NA hp I can practically achieve.  I am thinking, my Hondata can do boost by gear, maybe a nice low boost setup, maybe 6-8 pounds boost rolling in for the taller gears.

There is a ton of room above the driver footwell for an air/water intercooler. It's much simpler to run water pipes up into the nose than it is to run inlet pipes. Supercharging would me nice but there is just not the room.

Not sure what's the size of your chassis but SVs can usually fit a roots type and Rotrex is always an option. I'll try to get Rotrex wedged In on my Zetec likely next winter

I downloaded the drawings from the Rotrex site and built a cardboard mockup. The SV size frame really pinches down towards the front of the engine. With the steering shaft and the alternator it was just not possible. The exhaust side is just as tight, maybe room for a dry sump pump but that is about it. I think there is a UK company TTS that does a setup that uses a jack shaft that puts the Rotrex behind the engine, but it's complex and expensive. I have seen some S2000 setups were the Rotrex is in front of the engine pointing back towards the crank. There are no production K series RWD setups so support is non existent, you have to use the FWD parts.  I could build a custom setup, but with modern ECU's and fully electronic wastegates I am not sure of the return. The setup I showed in my pictures is less than $1k, so it's tough to beat the price. I have heard some issues with Rotrex reliability, maybe that over blown.

Well I just had to get the welder out. The stealth plan quickly failed as there is just not enough room to snake the pipe down out out the original hole. Just tack welded together, have a local friend with a TIG welder, I sold mine  when I moved to MD.
