If they are not responding to your messages sent through their platform, it is worth the time to pick up the phone and speak to someone live. Although there are many aspects of Caterham's business approach I dislike, I would never characterize them as frauds or scam artists. I suspect there is either an issue with their receipt of your messages, or your receipt of their responses. I explained to Tony the situation of having waited two months for the delivery of my order…he apologized and said there was no way to track the shipment but then did give re a full refund on my account.
