IamScotticus
Yes, a wherl. That's how my phone spells wheel and I'm sick of having to correct it. Wanted: a 3.75" PCD (Triumph) 13" x 5" steel wherl for the 7 spare. I have been told the Elan had this PCD at one point. Anyway, I have a cool set of slot mags now and I don't want a 6" Two Gates Minilite on the back. Nothing that screams "I look like ebay money, take me home with you". For those those who don't know, there were about six cars that ever had 3.75 and most in ths UK. Then there was the Cosworth Vega, for some reason. And today, the only 3.75 car is the Arial Atom, for some reason. Yes, I have a list: PCD 3.75 / 95.25mm Ariel Atom (for some reason) Austin/Morris 93>Maestro 80-84 Ital 84-84 Marina 440 73-78 Marina mk1 78-80 Marina mk2 84-86 Montego Lotus Europa TC Exige 10-11 05-Elise 111R Elise 95-00 MG 96>MGF 97>MGS 05> TF F 95-02 TF 02-11 Triumph 66- GT6 66-78 Spitfire 70-78 Spitfire mk2 76-81 TR7/8 Dolomite ROVER Metro 90-94 100 94-98 Chevrolet Vega GT 4" & 5" Hubs need trimmimg Please correct/give any additional information Edited September 14 by IamScotticus
11Budlite
I believe the Vega wheels were all 4 x 4" PCD just like the MG Midget and AH Sprite. I remember 'borrowing' my mom's Vega wheels one time to try them out on my Midget.

s2europa
Elans and Europas steel wheels were indeed 4x3.75, but the wheel width is only 4.5". Edited September 16 by s2europa
7Westfield
another lost art............ I can recall taking wheels to a shop that would cut the center piece loose, and install a new outer--any width or offset you wanted

The spare can be thinner. It won't be in the rotation. Even better if I can get a Lotus hub cap on.
Oddbrit
I've got a good British junkyard near me in Warren, Ohio called Team Triumph. They have tons (literally) of MG and Triumph used parts. I was able to secure a good used rim for my 1962 S2 from them for $35 at the beginning of the year. Look them up on line and give them a call. The owners name is Scott.
