If anything, it was created from the rib of the Mk11 following the Ed Lewis Special inspiration. If Chapman had been working on a Mk VII, it was probably scrapped and saved for a later designation out of sequence. One thing is obvious, there is a lot of unnecessary dramatic verbiage.
