I got a pair of Wobbly Wheels, as made famous by Lotus in the 60s.  I don't know how to measure them, but they are smaller than the 14 X 6J wheels that came on my Caterham.

Only marking is "Ce" on the inside.

I am hoping that someone can tell me something about these wheels--at least where to measure them to get the right size.

Thanks in advance.

Do Universal Wheels Exist? - Santa Ana Wheel

You have to measure at the bead seat per this diagram, both the width and diameter. They're probably around a 13 x 5" wheel. The PCD is determined by measuring across the bolt holes, could be 4 x 3.75.

As far as who made them, I'm not sure. They could be originals but there are new wheels available.

If these are original, magnesium, be very careful with them.  I had an original explode once, sitting still, minimal psi, on a Formula Jr.  For use, new ones would be better.  They are available in mag or alum.
