Lotus 7 reading material

Not sure how many, if any would want to. I would be willing to make a donation toward a USA7 purchase of this after which it would be a great resource available to all. LocostV8 offered to scan it, that would be alot of stuff to scan. Not sure if any of this would be messed with due to copyright laws etc. Just seems a simple way to make the information available to all. Now, if a current member is wanting this, I don't want to bid against another either, no sense in driving up the price on ourselves if someone already is intending to do this.

I can't say I'm surprised that nobody's asked "So, do you have any factory press photo negatives in your garage?" :)

Excellent stash, I would love to dig through that. Some of it has been reprinted (Brooklands has at least three books of reproduced road tests) but some will be pure unobtanium.

Well, the box of Ortenburger Seven stuff went for $1250.00, to a "Toby Griffiths" (eBay user name "griffithstoby"). Anybody know him?

I was willing to go up to $425 for the box, but it shot way past that at he last moment, with two bidders arm-wrestling for it.

Not a bad price for a neglected box of stuff that has been taking up space in yourgarage for 30 years...

What happens to it now??

It looks like has a very nice 7 and that it was one of the funkey origional hard top versions. He can't be a bad guy he seems to enjoy Arches NP, David Bowie, ... It appears that he has met Mike Ostrov.

You can run but you can not hide. Ahaa, the joy's of Google!
