Warren _W Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 I recently took possession of my built 2005 Caterham SV. I have been doing research into what I need to do to get it titled and registered in Massachusetts. I was wondering if anyone here has gone through this process recently in this state?
BusaNostra Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 I'm sure you already browsed and read this http://www.dmv.org/ma-massachusetts/custom-built-cars.php
Warren _W Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Yes, I have read that site a few times. I am wondering about it's accuracy. Do you know how frequently it is updated?
yellowss7 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I would have thought that your buddy that built it and had it so long would have helped you get it registered, since he's been in business so long.   Sorry couldn't resist. Tom
BusaNostra Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Warren is your car I saw in Connecticut.? Zetec with individual throttle bodies service by the garage xx-tuning?
Warren _W Posted February 4, 2009 Author Posted February 4, 2009 Warren is your car I saw in Connecticut.? Zetec with individual throttle bodies service by the garage xx-tuning? I hope not. My car should have been in Massachusetts for the past 18 months, but I have no way to tell where it really was.

TheDingo8MyBaby Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 You may want to try taking a look at the cobra forums. http://www.ffcobra.com/forums/ If you go to the northeast event section, there are a lot of MA cobras there, so maybe they can give you some tips/hints. You may want to try registering so you can search... Goodluck!
