RDROCKT Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 The Ultralite website http://www.wcmultralite.com/index.htm lists the S2K wheels as 17 x 7" and the front tires as 225/45/17 amd the rear tires as 245/45/17. The bolt pattern is 5 on 100mm and the offset is 30 mm IIR. I have been using the Falken Azenis RT 615 and have had good experience with them. Mondo Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Welcome Pretty far from the Bay Area but if your ever in the neighborhood or have a question (though I'm one of the least mechanically inclined here)... I do have 225/45/17 & 275/40/17 on 8 & 9 inch wheels with backspace of 35mm in front & 43mm in rear. The various replies indicate that there is some room for variations on wheel offset. I run 35mm offset front and rear, 225/45/17 front ( 7.5 wide rim) and 245/45/17 rear ( 8.0 wide), with Falken Azenis RT615's. keep us up to date as you get the car ready for the road. So even if there were a manual as old as your car is it probably wouldnt apply. The cars are pretty simple and straight forward though so if you are mechanically inclined I'd say you'll figure it out. Maybe the trickiest part is that there is so much adjustability in the suspension that it's time consuming to understand how to set it up. I havent tackled this yet as my car is still under construction. Any questions you have, Brian is a real nice guy and I'm sure he'll help you out. For wheels/tires I followed the pack and got the 225 and 245 Falken Azenis. Obviously cant comment on the performance yet but I'm pleased with the fit and the look. Obviously cant comment on the performance yet but I'm pleased with the fit and the look. thanks mike, i can appreciate and understand all that. i am mechanically inclined and do self-maintain my cars so i think i will be able to figure most things out. that said, i am also a "book" kind of guy, so, for example, i have no idea what torque the suspension components should be or whether the brake fluid is synthetic or mineral, etc. i am going for 225s and 245s as well. i guess i will need to find a home for the 16" wide slicks and wheels that were included in the sale! The honda repair manual is a big help for toque specs for your drivetrain. I picked mine up through an on line honda parts dealer.
