Wow! Thanks so much for shooting all those pictures, Ken. They look great! It was a pleasure to meet you and the rest of the gang on Sunday. I had a great time. I can't wait to see your car once it's out there tearing it up. Sounds like it will be terrific.

 

It'd be great to get the full-res pictures, but there's no particular hurry. I'll PM you and we can work out how to do it.

 

Mazda, upon first reading your comment I wasn't entirely sure if you meant more roll stiffness or a higher roll-bar, but either way you're right!

 

I really need to get on some better tires, but then I'm stuck with the limited selection in 13" unless I shell out for new rims. And on top of that, I don't want to give up much ground clearance and pretty much all the tires of comparable OD (regardless of rim size) have a load index that makes me think they might be too stiff for such a light car.

 

Bruce, thanks for the props on the color scheme. If you read the "How many Sevens have you driven thread", you'll know I've always had a bit of a penchant for it. There's a chance I'll make it over to British-by-the-Sea this weekend. If I do I'll look for you.

I sold my 1997 Honda Prelude, to further fund this project, and i have recently been buying all the $ parts that i think that i will need.
