Looking at the pics, the chassis number is SB1910. Using this site:

it translates into a Lotus Series 2 built at Cheshunt.

The fuel filler is in the S2 location. Hopefully the frame had some structure added to go with the very non-S2 power it's got. Anyone know where this car is in Colorado?

This car has all sorts of wackiness. Definitely has Caterham mixed in with what appears to be period Seven items. I love the location of the e-brake and the rear-view mirror could best be described as interesting...

Ah yea that looks like the stock e-brake location. Not anywhere else to put it.

yup, standard location, but calling it an e-brake is a mistake, since driver cant reach it under any circumstances :-)

mine's a "parking brake" , accessible only once seat belts released.
