yellowss7 Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Tony, based on what is specced, that 7 is a nice typical 7. 1700 cc Kent motor, 113 hp, not over stressed. Plenty quick for the road. IMO Tom
Donnie Posted February 21, 2010 Author Posted February 21, 2010 Actually the engine develops about 140HP. I have dyno graph showing 113 at the rear wheels. Don
Donnie Posted February 23, 2010 Author Posted February 23, 2010 Thanks to all who responded to the thread. I was amazed at the interest. The car has been sold to a gentleman in Dallas, Texas. It hasn't left my garage yet and I'm already feeling seller's remorse.
boss351 Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 Don, congrats on the sale, I am looking forward to the new owner getting it, he is a good friend of mine. Now I just need to find one for me!
slngsht Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 Hi Don, Thank you for all the times you have helped the club in the last few years. Good luck with the next toy.
Donnie Posted February 25, 2010 Author Posted February 25, 2010 And thanks to you, Al and everyone else who worked so hard to get this thing off the ground. Amazing what's been accomplished in a little over 3 years. Proud to be a part of it. Saw my Seven disappear over the horizon 3 hours ago. Kind of sad. I'll definately miss cruising the Dragon on warm Summer days but I'm looking forward to new adventures.
SKI HI Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 I really like your mirrors.Where did you get them and how do they attach ? I need a set for my 92 Seven.:driving:
Sevencat Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Have an interest! Please give phone and e-mail to me@jaymangan.com. Thanks! Jay Mangan
Retrac84 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Very nice car. I live in California and have been looking for one just like this but registration here is very difficult for anything newer than 1975. Can you tell me what the car is registered as?
