I have one too which I replaced with a sequential jobby...It occasionally stuck in 4th gear though so may need some work - I have pics of the interior if interested and the other option doesn't work out for you.

If these don't work out, I highly recommend the Quaife I have in my car. Not cheap, but bulletproof and choice of ratios.
