twobone
I have a new personal mission. If I'm just out driving around and somebody expresses an interest in the car to the point where they either know what it is or they express a desire to own one some day, I'm going to offer them a ride. I did it yesterday to a young guy at a coffee shop in western ontario. He was over 200 lbs so it was a tough fit, but I think I gave him an experience that will stick for a LONG TIME. Its fun to hear a stranger laugh out loud. Just 5 minutes of my time to spread the passion.
BusaNostra
Did you give him a ride at rt. 10 or QEW or port credit or the lakeshore blvd?

Kitcat
My rides of neighborhood kids to their schools are "legendary":)! Many happy faces, screen saver photos etc. I have a bunch of very twisty , empty park roads close to where I live, so the path to school detours thru them (Planting the seeds for the next generation of se7em ownership). Also gave a ride to an occasional visitor here who sent a note recently saying he is now building a Birkin he'd just bought from Dick Brink. BusaNostra
Not all of them appreciate the ride. A guy who is drooling to get ride... and I gave him one. He said, "one of the unsafest ride he ever been"
S1Steve
When we are at car shows, I always let kids sit in my 7 if they ask. Someone out there let me sit in his 120 Jag 40 years ago, and it lit the fuse for me.
twobone
Busa, anyone that straps into a 4 or 5 point harness in a super 7 must know they are about to risk life and limb to some degree. I think that passenger is a dufus.
jimrankin
Gave a friend of mine's 6 year old boy a ride around the corner to his friends birthday party. Other than a bunch of screaming kids yelling "Hot Wheels Car!!!" so loud it made the S2K seem quite it was a blast. Too bad he couldn't see over the dash during the ride, but he was able to get out without un-doing the 5-point harness. LOL
