Rigid rear brake lines

I've done some searches and it appears all have run into the same thing I see.....the rear brake calipers are fitted with rigid brake lines yet need to be moved out of the way for pad replacement.

I was thinking of changing the hard lines to a flex line. Anyone try to do this already ? If so, give me some input.

I'm thinking of getting a male inverted flare to male jic adapter for either end and then making a flex stainless steel hose to run between the adapters with #4 JIC female swivel ends (we make these hoses in our shop so its not big deal). I may have to make the male inverted flare to male JIC adapters if nobody makes them.

This sure would facilitate changing pads at the track.

I think CC sells a kit to convert? I had intended to change to flexible lines soon after my build but haven't, as the rigid lines don't seem to cause any issues. The calipers are easy to lift up for pad changes (my calipers have been off at least half a dozen times for various reasons), and both pads wear evenly (something I read about as a potential issue with the solid lines). If a line fatigues/cracks/leaks someday, then I may change my tune lol...

I had notice one rear caliper pad was wearing down quicker, which had a short stiff brake line.  I replaced the hard brake line on that side, and added a large 3" loop to the brake line which allows the caliper to float easier plus it has made caliper and pad removal a lot easier.
