Another Step Forward

My CSR is getting closer to reality. Today I wired payment to Cosworth for the 260hp engine. Did the same to Caterham for the 6spd trans.

 

Looks like Caterham is scheduled to make the CSR in late February or early March. Should arrive here about a month later and then a few weeks or so to assemble it. With any luck, I'll be driving it by the end of April.

 

Not that I'm counting the minutes or anything like that. Yet.

That wait has to be very tough. If all goes as planned though, you'll be getting it on the road at the start of the season.

Maybe when you get it all sorted we can meet at the new Ridge Raceway near Shelton for a track day.

That's great. Then I guess you will be joining us on the Grizzly Bear Blat in Aug 2013 Calgary - Vancouver Island 18 people signed up already.:driving:

You might want to also consider joining us in Monterey in August, and definitely bring it out for Exotics at Redmond Town Center when that season kicks off.

Definetly at RTC, planning on the Calgary to BC run as much as a I can plan a year+ out. Monterey is possible, though likely just the last part of it once you get into WA.
