Guest Terry Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 It's slowly coming together, hopefully by Mid-March it will be done. As usual several missing parts from Caterham. We think it looks nice in the Conservative and understated Roulette Green. http://7cars.ca/caterham/DSC03319.JPG http://7cars.ca/caterham/DSC03320.JPG http://7cars.ca/caterham/DSC03351.JPG http://7cars.ca/caterham/DSC03353.JPG

rnr Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 +1 the great colour choice In case you need to compare notes the new SoCal Caterham dealer has been documenting their R400 build on the British Speed forums at http://www.britishspeed.com/forum/showthread.php?6016-Caterham-R400-Build-at-The-Adrenaline-Gallery
ihckb2 Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 First...fantastic build. As I am about to embark on building a set of headers for my car I have been trying to come up with some simple method of construction. I noticed it appears that the header on your car does not have equal lengths of tubing from the header flange to the 4 into 1. It was my understanding that headers should be of equal lengths. Can you or others on this site provide add more into building of the header, specifically the question on equal lengths and is it important. Maybe this should be a separate thread, but I'll start here. Thanks.
