It certainly looks like it'd keep the polished aluminum on the car clean. Forever. And yes, cell phones should come with this on them. But then how would they sell you a new phone so often?

You might not like the fact that it is not a clear coat application. It will turn your polished aluminum to a dull white color. Take a look at the boots he jumps into the mud puddle with. The treated one is white.

 

Other colors are available with a large batch order but they haven't yet been able to produce it in clear.
