Its always sad to hear about health issues causing sale of a car by a car guy. My best wishes for getting back to full health and good luck with the sale.

Back surgery may be in my future, this and the FIA are on the chopping block.

May be stuck with automatics from now on :banghead:

I have set the reserve so low that someone will be getting a truly smoking deal.

sorry to hear that

neck and back pain are as bad as it gets.

I know many on have said that the stock Birkin seats are torture,

have you tried changing out?

In any event, wish you the best.

Growing old sucks,

well except for the fact that you can say whatever you want.

The seats are actually comfortable for me, having been in race seats on and off all of my adult life. My FIA still retains it's race seat (swapped the passenger seat for a restored 427 unit to keep the wife happy). It has more to do with the extension of my legs and the heal and toe driving that I do in any of my manual transmission cars that is causing the issue with my back. At 6 feet tall and 199lbs (today ), there is not much room for further adjustment to make the 7 work for me like I am attempting in the FIA at the moment (I hate to get rid of everything). I can always buy another down the road if we (doctors and I) can work out my "bugs". No doom or gloom, just reality setting in, that's all.
