Selling my 2012 Super Stalker...below is the ad/write up that I purchased the car from Andrew P. from this site in January 2014 the current mileage is 5298. No modifications were made since the build, runs perfect and strong. Never tracked or abused Sunday driver and Cars and coffee attendee. Questions Richard 908-256-5371 kingeighteen@gmail.com $29500 obo Original pictures posted by Andrew P. here http://www.flickr.com/photos/99565189@N04/ Previously Posted On USA7s 2013 by Andrew P. This beautiful car is an enthusiast’s dream. Whether you are interested in quick drives down country roads or taking it to the track, this car is ready. Using Colin Chapman’s philosophy of ultra light weight to guarantee super handling, the Brunton Super Stalker is the bad boy of Lotus Seven replicas. The engine is a 3.8 liter Supercharged V-6 L32 rated at 2800 HP and 300 lb/ft of torque. It is regarded as one of the best V-6s ever made and will easily go to 250,000 miles. I have never dynoed it, but I suspect output is higher because of the free flow headers and larger than stock throttle body. The engine is from a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix which had 1,108 miles on the odometer. The Brunton now has 3340 miles on the odometer, so engine has less than 5,000 miles on it and all other parts were new when built. I have never raced the car, but it can reportedly do 0 – 60 in 2.5 – 3 seconds and the ¼ mile in around 11 seconds. Cornering max is reportedly around 1.4 – 1.5 g’s. The Kumho Eksta tires offer phenomenal grip. I have experienced very little wheelspin except in the hardest acceleration. Bruntons are known for great chassis dynamics and oversteer is easily corrected by easing off the pedal. Seat of the pants confirms that car is an absolute blast and can outperform virtually anything else. The car was custom built at Brunton Auto by master chassis builder and current CEO, Scott Minehart. All chassis and suspension components are powder coated steel. It was then brought up to legal spec with many improvements by master mechanic, Steve Mason. This Brunton is street legal in New Jersey – one of the toughest states. It has cats on it and will pass any inspection. You can remove the cats and install a pass through pipe if you want and your state allows. There are no check engine lights on. You will be able to register it practically anywhere and keep it on the road. We designed an exhaust shield to cover the entire exhaust (required in NJ), made from mirrored Stainless Steel. Also of the same material are custom designed fairings that go from the side windows to the arm rest. These really help the driving experience, since 100 mph is now a nice wind-in-the-hair time, not a hurricane. Also goes with the exhaust and the jaunty appearance of the car. Parts are easily sourced, reliable and cheap. The car has: Full roll cage with no tubes intruding into passenger compartment Stronger than Caterham space frame. UltraShield racing bucket seats with custom padding. G-Force 5-point racing harnesses. Carbon Fiber dashboard Billet Aluminum and carbon fiber steering wheel. SPA racing mirrors inboard of windshield and side windows for lower turbulence and vibration. Electric Power steering Heater Windshield wipers. Jaz fuel tank Tremec T-5 transmission (new when car built) Detroit Tru-Track Limited Slip Diff Wilwood pedals and master cylinders. 4-wheel disk brakes with ECB Greenstuff pads. GAZ adjustable shocks and springs. Billet Specialties ultralight Street Lite billet machined wheels with Kumho Ecsta tires. (phenomenal grip) 3M Scratch-proof Urethane film on rear fenders to protect from stone chips.

Croc, be nice I own a Panoz Roadster....it's not a Seven....more Cobra like. 1999 Panoz Roadster. Looks close enough to a seven to qualify for inclusion here. Just add whiskers to the nose and mother catfish would love it. Still on original MSO despite being a 1999. Virtually no mileage (2500m odd). Says it was in a private collection all this time. 281cu V8 so should go. Asks strong money of $70k odd buy it now. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Other-Makes-AIV-1999-panoz-roadster-brand-new-untitled-on-orginal-factory-mso-last-known-/161544970725?forcerrptr=true&hash=item259cd4a1e5&item=161544970725&pt=US_Cars_Trucks Great so what do you do with a showroom queen like this? You drive it and spoil the value from being showroom perfect or do you tuck it away in a collection as a dust collector? -

The first Caffeine & Carburetors car show of the season was today, Sunday in New Canaan Conneticut. Chilly morning about 29 degrees at 6AM headed out for a 90 mile ride (mostly highway) to check out the cars. This was my maiden voyage in my Stalker other than around the local streets and I can tell you she ran perfect...steady 70mph @ 2000 RPM approx. 18 MPG. The cars at the show were plentiful, beautiful and diverse.....I saw a brand new Caterham with a Cosworth engine, and a HS? with a Vauxhall engine both owners were very chatty about their cars...first time I saw Super Sevens on the street other than my own, truly a great site to behold! A little lunch then back on the road headed home (tempature about 55 degrees) great ride...blat....people taking pictures and waving on the highway of my car what a great day. Drove a total of 180 miles round trip...my a$$ hurts and my right leg cramped up, but it was worth it! Just wanted to let you all know. Richard

Would like to report that I took my Stalker out for a brisk, brief BLAT after diner this evening and it was a blast!....Stones were flying...hair was blowing and what looked like a grin on my face was really my teeth chattering....living the life.

Thanks for the explanation....I crave a blat daily, patiently waiting for the season to change.
