Im in Chattanooga and we appear to be in mid color as most tress still have their leaves. Although a is storm coming with some wind/rain and possible which could change all that over night.

Thought for flooded cars. Get a large bag to put the car in, yes they make them. Then run an extension cord into the bag along with a BIG dehumidifier and large fan. Monitor the water coming out of the dehumidifier and when next to nothing start the rebuild process. I want to get a fresh water flooded car and this is what I came up with. Also does anyone know if there is a test for salt water residue? Thanks Scott in Chattanooga

I have read some of the posts here but did not see anything about dry sumps, so...... LS engines DO NOT like sustained left turns at over 1.0G. This is all over the SCCA forums from years ago. For on track conditions the solution is dry sump, ouch expensive.

Why not play with the engine/rear end angles so you only need a single piece driveshaft? Unless I totally misunderstand why you need a two piece.

I follow one of the Tail Of The Dragon FB pages. WAY to many people crashing, crossing the yellow and crashing or running into another vehicle. I will only go during the week now, Tue, Wed or Thur. Life is really good and I don't need some idiot changing it for me. This info worth what you paid for it......

This looks like fun! They appear to have 4 classes: 60, 80, 100 MPH (max) and race. This is NOT an all out event to many things to hit but, its a very unique location/event. I am now in the area (Chattanooga) and ready to hit the local tracks. Have already done BMSP, all I could say about that is just WOW! We should meet up as we are only 1.8 hrs apart. maybe in the middle? Thanks Scott in Chattanooga!

So we moved to Chattanooga TN just over a year ago from the west coast. Car scene is not to bad and of course the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival is amazing. At last years Chattanooga Motorcar Festival I did meet an individual from Knoxville who had a Stalker and I hear there is a Lotus 7 in town somewhere. That was a roll pin loosening up. I like a solid shifter so I reamed it out and installed a shoulder bolt. Its better but something is loosening again. I believe it has to do with face plating the transmission, and the type of gear shift extension Im using, as it moved the stick back 8 inches. Scott

If you have not already seen it. Speedo straight up is 80 and tops out at 160. How come I have never seen other videos of cars hitting high speed? Scott
