The 2nd amendment starts with, " A well regulated militia...". If I am not mistaken the Supreme Court decided that owning a gun had nothing to do with a well regulated militia and more or less just ignored that part. I would not have ignored that . Own a gun - be trained in a militia much like the National Guard. Maybe a 10 year stint or lifetime or as long as you own a gun other than hunting or target. Why did this mother of the shooter own an assault rifle? Are 3 weapons 2 too many? Was she part of a well regulated militia? She should have been.

Steve and Mike -I do hope you know how to disable the Road Warrior type explosives. I am also trying to get everyone to prepay their vacations here so I have some spending money to blow on Thursday. Again - anyone know in what time zone this is all to take place? It could mean an extra hour or so - or maybe an hour less!!!!

I guess anyone who wants my cars can have them. Only a few days left to enjoy them though. Not sure what time zone the world will end on Friday. Or does it end 24 different times depending on where you are? I assume same time zone as the Maya would have lived in. Only one exception to this. If by some very unlikely chance the world is still here Saturday I want my cars back in the exact same condition. Off to a mountain in France now where a space ship is buried to take me away. If too busy I will continue to the Serbian mountain. It is the year 2012 right? Not the year 1248 or thereabouts? Have we really gone that backwards after all these centuries?

Not sure why so many are complaining about insurance companies. As long as you pay through the nose, they will cover absolutely everything and anything, except what goes wrong.

GT40??? One of my top favorite cars. Jealous may be a good word here. Hope everyone in the storm area gets off without too much damage. I need to call Milford NJ tomorrow and hopefully no trees came down.

Sep 6 to 8 and Mini is the featured mark. I am hoping to be there for the first time and drive my Mini in the tour. Anyone else planning or thinking about going? Bruce

I am in Milford now. I think we have 3 cars for 10 am Sep 29?

Sunday there is a local car show I want to enter from 12 noon to 4 pm so I guess a Sunday drive is out unless very early. With that in mind lets keep the Sep. 29 drive as scheduled at 10 am Milford. Hope to see a few cars there! Bruce

Is there a novice category in autocross and if so, does one need a special driving license? Bruce

I thought we might try some NJ roads this time. But I am open to any suggestions. Maybe 1 1/2 hour drive. I could go for longer but that is up to all of you. Or we could stop at some halfway pint and eat. Then continue on. Or same basic idea as last drive through back PA roads.

What I find amazing is people complain about the price of gas but leave behind $1.50 small bottles of water with only one sip taken. Equates to about $10 or $12 a gallon. I have to hold the gas nozzle at about 10 o'clock or even 10:30 to get it to more or less work.
