Bob, the Boss is using a P225/70R15. Definitely not enough tire. Boss is more of a statement than a performance bike. Still, I'd like to see a 100-140 race For now, I'm going to stick with P305/35R18 (yes, two of them :lol: ), since that's the size on my vette. When the time comes to get specific wheels for the Rotus, I'll probably go down to 17", or maybe even 16" rims. I do have enough room on the inside to go to 335's in the back. I will stick with R compound tires. I can't see myself spending 2 grand on slicks that will last one season and can't be used on the road. I will go with Toyo RA1's, or R888s if my sizes come out. BTW, I saw an article somewhere that said the Boss does the quarter in 10.4 seconds. I might be able to give that a run. Busa is solidly in the 9's, so you'll have to deal with that

Hi Sal, the French shipments came in 2 batches. The first batch arrived on Dec 26th, and I mailed those out on Dec 27th. The 2nd batch arrived on Jan 2nd, and I shipped those out on Jan 3rd. I picked the order of priority based on the order in which people signed up for the watches. Your order was the last on the list, so it went out with the 2nd batch. All the canadian guys happened to be in the first batch. You should receive it shortly.

Alot of that is already gone. but additional weight is coming with heavier roll bar. Not sure how much weight will be saved this go-around. One thing that is for sure, a higher % will be over the rear wheels

I have some updated numbers on the LS1/T56 combo from another forum: T56 weighs 140 lbs, so engine + all accessories (not including ex man?) =460 lbs. I have no idea how much A/C comp weighs... probably 20 lbs? so, 440 lbs is probably a good number for the LS1. With a TKO500 tranny, the combo will come in at 510.

As of this moment, no... but I'll keep that thing around. It will come in handy. The freaking thing is so bright, it has got to be useful somewhere. I figure between the laptop (with power supply), wiring, and the mobileVu, that stuff probably weighs 15-20 lbs. The DashDaq weighs less than a pound. I'm gonna try it and see if I can live with it. Otherwise the MobileVu will go back in. All this ragging on my porker by Busa has gone to my head
