I have a pending order from CCparts for a replacement. Powerflex makes sway bar bushing. They are not the ones Caterham uses, but they should make the bar work a little quicker.

Assuming the hose is mounted the right way round with the lip around the edge of the caliper body, fully tighten the caliper to the upright and the banjo to spec, then tap the metal crimp sleeve with a hammer handle a few times so it just touches the caliper body below the caliper mounting bolt. In case anyone is wondering what this looks like, because you're thinking hmmm, aluminum calipers, add lightness! I tried both directions for the banjo fitting. It just didn't work. A different softline to the caliper would anyhow be required for a Caterham so maybe someone could figure out a way to make this work so you can use lighter, more reliable Mk4 calipers. It can be done, the OE Mk4 flex line has a very specific angle to the line coming off the banjo bolt fitting. Something like that is required to make this work. MV8
Thanks for sharing the pics. The issue is the neck of the banjo is much too short compared to the replacement MK4 flex line. The ones I've seen offered don't have any bend either. You could fit standard, replacement MK4 hoses or keep the universal hoses and replace the caliper mounting bolt with a socket cap screw and appropriate od and id, thick washer (versus a typical socket cap screw washer). Universal banjos can be found with a longer neck but usually do not have a square shoulder to prevent rotation, needing a clamp to the caliper near the banjo. It's hard to tell from the pics but if you could bend it a bit down and inboard fully clamped at the banjo as I described, it may clear the original hardware.
