IamScotticus Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 (edited) Hi, Looking for a simple LED oxygen meter to use with a O2 sensor. Something small for temporary use. Do these things require an ECU? Edited April 30, 2022 by IamScotticus
fastg Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 The Innovate setups are almost the industry standard. Huge range available, you need one with a dial so checkout. They can feed an ECU but you don't have to, they can be stand alone setups. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/inn-39180?seid=srese1&gclid=CjwKCAjwsJ6TBhAIEiwAfl4TWAP-tnl3VRixMKsEhyQIEQUhj35daI8qpe4r6_9LJzJr3Iydken5FBoCUpMQAvD_BwE Graham 1
IamScotticus Posted April 26, 2022 Author Posted April 26, 2022 yes, stand alone. I might have to cut a hole for one of these. I don't like cutting.
sltous Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 The best setup I found when I was looking for a standalone O2 sensor was the Innovate DB Kit. I went to RCA garage who have good prices and a terrible website https://rcagarage.com/shop/gauges-pods/gauges/innovate-db-red-kit-red-leds-lc-2-o2-sensor-3796/ and then built a little MDF holder for it. Because the gauge was about the right size for my dashboard I could also temporarily pop it in. 1

Nick OTeen Posted May 3, 2022 Posted May 3, 2022 I use this small digital display on one of my race cars. Accurate, small, informative, and less distracting than most air/fuel ratio gauges. https://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=129 1

I don't have room on my dash for another round guage. Two other displays like this work with controllers. A controller isn't mentioned for this one. Is it a stand alone?
