slngsht Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 when you know you're gonna get a spankin' in a week and can't do jack about it. My beloved skins will be hitching a ride up north to Foxboro stadium next week    Here's what happened to the Dolphins today beat down
powderbrake Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 Sorry, I can't find any sympathy for you. I have 4 season tickets to the Rams, which is like being first in line at the torture chamber.
yellowss7 Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 You think your teams are bad. How'd you like to have to watch the BEAGLES play. Good thing I went golfing yesterday instead of wasting my time on those bums. Tom
slngsht Posted October 22, 2007 Author Posted October 22, 2007 Back in the day, if skins had even a 7 point lead at half time, the game was basically over. they ALWAYS pulled away in the 2nd half. This year, they blew a 14 point lead against the Gmen, did it again 2 weeks ago, and almost blew a 21-6 lead in the 3rd quarter against the Cardinals. :nonod:
solder_guy Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Go Brady -- Moss! (I have no allegiances!) Rob
Mandurath Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Being a Titans fan, I despise the Pats. However, being a fantasy player, and being lucky enough to have Brady, Go Brady!
slngsht Posted October 28, 2007 Author Posted October 28, 2007 heh, I wish we could forefit the game
Mandurath Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Well, i guess you could call it a learning experience. Man what a beating.
powderbrake Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH !!!!!! the Rams are now 0 & 8         I am afraid the Rams could not find their butts with both hands, even if they were sitting on them. How many first round draft picks do you get for an 0 and 16 season???:cuss: :cuss: :cuss:
slngsht Posted October 28, 2007 Author Posted October 28, 2007 The redskins game was the least frustratic blowout I've ever watched. It's much worse when you go into the game, thinking that you have a chance to win.
BusaLoco Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 It's much worse when you go into the game, thinking that you have a chance to win. ... er... You actually thought the Skins had a chance of winning?
slngsht Posted October 28, 2007 Author Posted October 28, 2007 ... er... You actually thought the Skins had a chance of winning? No, that's why watching it was NOT frustrating.
Mandurath Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Heheh I hoped that at least in the process of losing they would at least give the pats some pain and bruises. Man, the game next week between indy and the pats should be something to see!
Mandurath Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 If my titans find some offense they might be dangerous. The rams have been bitten hard by the injury bug. They will not finish the season without a win, some of thier guys are coming back.
slngsht Posted October 28, 2007 Author Posted October 28, 2007 Heheh I hoped that at least in the process of losing they would at least give the pats some pain and bruises. Man, the game next week between indy and the pats should be something to see! Yeah, finally a couple of varsity football teams playing each other  Honestly, I like the style of both teams. After seeing all the show-boating gangsta wide receivers every week, it's so refreshing to see somebody like Marvin Harrison play the game.
Mandurath Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Yeah, he is high class and could care less if its public or not when he does something.
11Budlite Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 I feel for you guys, but up here in New England it's good to be a sports fan these days. The Giants have won 6 in a row, the Pats are on an unbelievable 8-0 roll going into the big game with Indy, and this long suffering Red Sox fan can celebrate their 2nd World Series title in 4 years!!! Then you have BC near the top of the charts in college football, the Celtics looking to be competitive for the first time in a while....heck, even the UConn football team is ranked in the top 25!!! Bruce
Arya Ebrahimi Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 It's much worse when you go into the game, thinking that you have a chance to win. Let's not talk about last Thursday  Anyone who watched the VT-BC game will know exactly what I'm talking about  And to think I sat out there in the pouring rain for 4 hours to watch that game :cuss:
