I have taken to wearing welders bandanas and ear plugs.

I read on the clear windscreen side deflectors that the typical angles are ineffective.  They should be out more, like, 20° off the window plane.  this only addresss one source of turbulence,  but it is a noticeable improvement.

All good.   I either wear earplugs or noise canceling earbuds, and both of those help.

With the half hood on it is brilliant...without it helps but not to the same extent.  I'll know how it works with the doors come winter and no top....our nice weather :)
