shiva
unless you have a nascar style roll cage, it's not going to be 150 lbs. Maybe so, we never really weighted it. Guess I might just be trying to find excuses for slow lap times! Hey I'm 150lbs heavier with that cage! lol

ottocycle
Greetings, I do not wish to p.. in anyones wheaties here, but I think it is important to include driver weight in these calculations, as that makes a huge difference to the final numbers, particularly for heavy drivers and lighter cars. Just a thought.... Cheers, Dermot.

I weigh in at 175, but my car is 1750. so, adding my weight increases the total weight by 10%. what's your percentage increase?

junior
Post up some pics and tell us about your ride in the "Members' Rides" section. Slingshot you know my car. I am not new around here. :-) Me and bob drye have very close set-ups with differences here and there. I am a +442 with a SR20DET running a 57mm turbo on a AEM standalone ECU. I run 295/30/18 tires up front and 335/30/18 tires in the rear on 10" front and 12.5" rear rims. Also my favorite thing ever that allows me to drive the car at all is my Racelogic traction control that I scored new in box for $600.00 I am so lucky! Best money I ever spent on the car. SLING, Give me 3-4 more weeks to finish up the hood and windscreen on the car and I will post pics in the members ride section. Also do some more videos on the traction control and the car driving. If you can't wait till then my build diary is on locostusa J. R.
