Interesting car. Reminds me of a Dellow with modified bodywork.

Those are original 1950's -60's Lucas lights on the fenders ..

I don't know anything about the car. I found the picture on a site that shows some of the cars that were at the Car except that it was at the 2009 Carlisle Import & Kit Nationals.

Bruce - I think you picked it. It does look like a Dellow Mark V with modified rear body work and clams, identical wheels and nose.
