I pick up three or four a year who think they are stunt riders and nearly kill themselves doIng it on crowded public roads at triple digit speeds. Mondo Posted January 8, 2011 Share Posted January 8, 2011 As a firefighter, and seeing the carnage, I waited until my mid-forties to buy a sportbike... thinking I'd be more "mature". The first six months I had some down right frightening moments. Got better, rode faster. And after 5 years, figured I'd beat the law of averages and sold it. Some of the most fun I've ever had but the cost for a mistake is too high for me (even on the track). I think the 7 is about the perfect replacement for me (and I can share the experience).
