A buddie running his LaGrand unfortunately blew his engine and dumped a bucha oil.... Not good for the Se7en following him! Sure wish the course workers had noticed the oil!

That was quite a ride....good thing there was no drainage ditch or other objects or soft soil.....so how far did you slide once you departed the paved surface.

I don't know how far exactly, but it slid a good long way. I am glad it was a clear area as well! There is a good amount of run off area all around the runway. There sure was a lot of grass to vacume out when I got home.

Yep off roading in a 7 is not the cleanest thing to do especially sideways.

Ouch! Oh the things I will do for a free re-run!

BTW, it was the first time the guy in the LaGrand had driven it... and he took FTD on his 4th run... The fith didn't work out so well for him. Hope it's not too much $$! He is a natural..

Ok...dumb question time from me....what is a lagrand? I guess it is a Buick of some evil handling description? :leaving:

LOL - Now FTD makes more sense to me. I had completely different visions up until you put a picture there.

While legrand is most well known for DSR's (as shown), they've also made formula cars (Formula Ford, F5000, etc). In addition, they used to sell prints so one could make their own legrand chassis.
