Jim Gordon Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Posted earlier about my 7 trip with my son in Wales. Had to leave the car there and was very bummed. Bought this and tried to make a convincing replica! !986 as opposed to 84, but 1700 xflow and straight axel, RHD. Thanks to Wire Wheel in FL.

Jim Gordon Posted July 25, 2012 Author Posted July 25, 2012 Wow, thank you all for the kind remarks. My plan here is to go a little further and add some more early 7 details. Have AC gauges and chrome fender blinkers to install. Will either recess the tail lights or change out to the Morris minor style. The wood wheel is a little big, so you do have to be careful getting in/out. But it makes the car, plus no roll bar. What's the first thing you do AFTER you polish a 7? Start saving for a paint job.
