I know the UK seven guys complain that clamshell fendered 7's have too much lift, but the photo below demonstrates that the rear wings can also become airborne if you hit a cone. :ack:

 

Good thing it's only fiberglass. Plastic bolts facilitated the launch but saved the rivenuts and side skin. :cheers:

Bruce, try McMaster-Carr. Part# 94175A430 $8.98 per 100. plastic hex bolt M5x.8x20mm

Tom. Could have sworn I had tried McMaster-Carr before, but I must have missed them. My Birkin has M6 bolts, but they have those too!

My car is a Caterham (1996) with Ford XFlow in white with clams Just discovered this site and
