scannon Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 This thing sounds like it has a manual transmission but it has an automatic.
yellowss7 Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 That doesn't quite sound the same as my neighbor's new one. I have a feeling that those weren't stock cams in that puppy. :jester: Tom
slngsht Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 i'm sure the cams are stock Tom. just some exhaust tips and a turbonator.
Kitcat Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 I read a post by a new owner who was very pleased with his C7's performance at a recent trackday. In totally stock form, street tires, etc, he was one of the top guys. Only downside was his car's torque vectoring system completely used up his rear brakes after a weekend. Apparently, the computer applys one rear brake or the other to get the car to turn/rotate. In any event, it's on my short list....
slngsht Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 That's pretty common with C5s and C6's as well. you'll melt the rear brakes in hard track driving with all active stuff on.
