With the harnesses and my height I don't see any situation where my head would be at risk hitting the bars. And If the car is bending in such a way that my head is making contact, padding will have a negligible impact at that point.

I believe the 50mm set is standard TWM/Borla that was installed throughout the dealerships in US for this spec. Mine is the same set so was the other set sold here recently and what others have on their cars. Whether right or wrong this was SOP.

Could you possibly make it dark black and add the roll bar? I think the black would cut through nicer with the overlap. I can dig it though so far. I see you've done the lower mount 5 3/4 headlights

At this time. Even after all the discussion I'm not anywhere closer to figuring out what the plan is for the Zetec to get in more peppy. Supercharger is still the likely option. At this time luckily I'm happy with engine regardless and glad I'm sorting out the tune and will keep messing with it as time allows.
