It looks like a 2005 Elise ECU (2006 and up had a heat sink cover). However, the 2005 ECU had one large and one small plug rather than three small plugs for the electrical connections.
  2. I was hoping Skip would supply some details on the above Denver Caterhams.
  3. Referencing the orange striped V8 stalker above, is anyone familiar with this car? Or can anyone describe the driving experience (track) of a V8 in this chassis?
  4. My brake lights quit working on my 1999. I determined it was the switch. I didn't want to bother Caterham with a small pesky purchase so I took it apart. Cleaned the contacts and it's been working fine. The surprising part was that the switch looked like it was made to be serviced - you can actually take it apart without it breaking.
  5. If Lotsats decides against the half hood, I will purchase it.
  6. If you are running a full windshield, there's a clip on 'wink' mirror that I really like. Sold at mirrorsforsevens.com
  7. These are for sale at caterhamparts.co.uk not black though. Also, not sure about fitment on your SV though.
  8. Congratulations! Looking forward to hearing about it.
  9. Did anyone here buy the 2005 Orange Caterham SV advertised on ebay? Located in Philadelphia and sold today. Looked good.
  10. Would it be practical to replace the stand alone with a stock Zetec ECU? It could then be tuned by someone like Tom at HPDYNO@aol.com. He is currently tuning my 1999 Zetec. A number of Elise/Exige owners have replaced their stand alone ECUs with stock Lotus ECUs. They were then tuned by BOE. Reading the forums, they tune the stock ECU to support about any combination of modifications including superchargers/turbos.
  11. Someone got a nice 7. Anyone know what part of the country it is off to?
  12. It looks like the one made by BOE Fabrication is popular with the Elise/Exige track people. http://www.boefab.com/collections/track-parts/products/surge-tank
  13. They have two left, they list them as originally sold by Caterham, part number COV1 CO35001SN. Bought one, soon find out how it fits.
  14. At the same time they are allowing the Slingshot, TX is taking back owner's titles on the Ariel Atoms?
  15. Do you have more details on the engine? Thanks, Rich
