  1. Welcome to NJ, good luck with finding the perfect Caterham. I'll put in a plug for Mike's car, its a beauty; and already registered in NJ. Act fast and you could still get in a few rides before winter sets in. Mike, if you are in town for thanksgiving, there is a spare setting at our table...(just sucking up to get a ride in your new vehicle!)
  2. ...i'm getting jealous. i think certian cosworth parts might go missing if we were to help him with the build!
  3. now is the time when he has to sweat over all the detailed options of the build...
  4. If I could find a deal on a RST-V8 and a sequential shift...there would be plenty of spare parts...
  5. It was Mike's SV that convinced me to get one myself. A great car. Mike, congrats on the new car, it sounds like a real beauty.
  6. http://replayxd.com/replay-xd/ It was done with iMovie and a (relatively) inexpensive camera from Replay XD. I modified the mount to Velcro onto my roll bar.
  7. Sponsored by William Thomas Roadsters... Thanks!
  8. Here is a little video of the drive
  9. My number is 201-805-9402, just in case. Karl
  10. No stop at parsippany DD due to lack of interest.
  11. don't forget the official plan boys! Any Se7ens heading to Frenchtown should try to meet up with us along the way... From the Lotus Talk fourm: Chris & Ron, Let's meet at the Stateline Diner 375 Rt. 17 North, Mahwah (Leave 7:30) and head South on I-287 Atwell, Dave and anyone else can meet us at the Dunkin' Donuts in Parsippany (Leave 8:30) then to I-78 to Clinton Mike, Jon, Richard & Stewart, Why don't you meet up with us at the traditional Se7en Shell station at Exit 15 off of I-78 (Leave 9:30) near Clinton and take Mike's road to Frenchtown. Just a "draft" plan... Suggestions, additional drivers and recommendations are more than welcome. Karl" http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/f110...5/#post1512681

  20. I do have the rear shocks available as well. I did use the original wishbone bushings with the Aero wishbones.
  21. These are the standard ones that come on the current Superlights. Looking at the Caterham UK site, these are the wide track and should fit both the SV and S3. They look like these - https://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=1405 The shocks are adjstable for height and look like this -https://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=863 I think these are pre-set but you can adjust the ride height. I hope this helps. I could get you pictures and email Tony at Caterham UK with any more detailed questions.
  22. I have upgraded my Caterham Superlight R400 SV suspension to Aero Wishbones and Nitron shocks. So, if anyone can make good use of a set of nearly new upper and lower wishbones and Bilstein adjustable shocks just let me know. The car had about 500 miles on it when the change over was done. Karl

  24. Thanks, the Nitrons are not standard but do look marvelous (and handle well too). The Momo does not come drilled but it was not too hard do do. I am a big guy so I needed the leg room and the open top makes so I can see the gauges.
