powderbrake
I sold the Ultralite on 8/29/2017. The trailer went with it. I told the new owner to get on this website, because it is THE defining place for Sevens in the USA. I have found a lot of friends in the Sevens community, and I appreciate all the help I have been given. I really enjoyed my years with my Ultralite, and will miss it, particularly the insanity of full throttle acceleration, as well as the incredible road holding ability of a Seven. I'll have to remember that my Corvette can't take the turns like a Seven when I am cruising some twisty roads. So, to all of you that post on this forum, I thank you very much, it has been a pleasure. I won't disappear, but will continue to monitor the website because you guys need some supervision.

yellowss7
Jerry, congrats on the sale, and condolences on your loss. I always loved your color choices, as I'm partial to yellow anyway. My wife keeps telling me I should sell the yellow one, but since it was the one I built and it is so easy to drive, I just can't bring myself to sell it. Two sevens in the garage just seems so nicely balanced anyway. :flag: Take Care. Tom
powderbrake
Thank you, Tom. The yellow is very visible, and I assumed it would prevent people from hitting me. How yellow is it? It is 2004 Mustang "Screaming Yellow" so it should be loud enough for people to hear it.
jbanker
Someone got a nice, well sorted car for sure. Hated to see it go and I know I will have to come to the realization that I am getting to the age where I'll need to make the same decision. Like you with still having the Corvette, I can transition to my Miata but it's not a Se7en.

I have already started cleaning out the garage where the Seven used to reside, wow, I really accumulated a lot of trash. I bought one of those wire shelf racks on wheels at Sam's Club today, the stuff I am retaining in the garage will go onto the shelves. I have lots of those shelves in my basement and two in my garage. Great to store stuff, and you can roll them around, I will be doing that when I scrub my garage floor plastic tiles. xcarguy
Jerry, Congratulations on the sale. Im a bit sad though; I remember picking your brain when I was first getting into sevens. Thanks for the help during those early years, and stay plugged in here. Shane
