The car was delivered as a car in a box from South Africa and assembled in Canberra. I am guessing you took that photo at Franklin Marine on the Huon River, as the old MV Cartela is in the background. I donated some money for the restoration although I heard they put the vessel up for sale this year as they could not reach the target needed.
