coffee break
I am doing some routine checks and found the car is missing a grease fitting on the rear U-joint. My question is about finding the replacement part. The documentation I have on the 1995 Caterham indicates the rear axle is from a Morris Marina. Does this apply to the U-joint also? CarlB
There aren't that many different U joints. If you go to a drive shaft shop, they will probably identify it for you.
7Westfield
If you just want to replace the zerk, it wouldn't be a surprise if it's just a 1/4-28 thread, very common size Otherwise, they are listed by cup OD and width across the outside of the cups it might be same as an MGB- don't know about Morris, but Ford diffs came with several different flanges or yokes
Timothy Keith-Lucas
As Carl says, there aren't that many made. If you don't find the one you want here, back up to "U joints" and try again. https://www.mcmaster.com/products/u-joints/high-torque-single-u-joints-8/
