I am looking for a small Wink style mirror. Typically the Wind style mirrors are 3 to 5 separate panels so they offer a remarkable rear view. A friend with a 7 has a fairly small Windk style mirror considering the 7s windshield are small. I find that the standard size rear view mirror is actually blocking some of my forward view. I have found a 4 panel  Wink type mirror that is 20 long and about 2 1/4 high mirror which is too long big in both directions. Any information about a smaller version mirror would be appreciated.

I don't think they make a wink style narrower than 2-1/4 or a 3-1/2 panel. You might consider "Blind Spot" mirrors. They are under 2 inches wide and come in 3-4 inch lengths, swivel, and attach with double-sided tape to glass. Unlike winks, they are individually adjustable and require no attachment mods to the seven windscreen frame. They are easily removable with a razor blade. Maybe 2-3 inch round ones in the corners and couple 1x4s to the passenger side.

There was a company producing just such a mirror years ago. I think it was called Just for Sevens but they went out of business long ago. I’m very fortunate in that my car came with one. Because it's mounted to the windscreen frame it does shake and makes images blurry. I think in the last five years I have seen one come up for sale and there was a long list of buyers wanting it.

As MV8 suggests, you should look into some of the smaller convex mirrors that mount to the glass.

Not sure on the name, but those thinner wink mirrors for sevens were produced by a USA7s member, Bob Simons.  Sadly he passed away earlier this year.

You could try searching for golf cart mirrors - they were using a narrow version of the wink mirror at some point.

Thanks for all the replies to my post about a rear view mirror. I think the mirror that I'm looking for was probably the one that was made by the gentleman that passed away recently. I'll try a 3 panel wink style mirror that I found on the internet. Hopefully it won't obstruct my forward view as much as the standard rearview mirror I'm using now. Thanks again
