The whole hood thing looks so big and awkward. Those half hoods fit the roof and car lines way better. I suppose the car will hardly ever have the hood thing up... So in the scheme of things, it is not really an issue, I suppose.

The hood is big and awkward - they are all like that.  Anyway, I would never recommend you use the full hood as it turns into full on Turkish sauna plus the fact you do extreme yoga getting in and out.  Far better to use the half hood with side screens and maybe a mesh barrier across the roll cage to stop the mist on the back of the neck.

Looks like 7's come in either very bright colors, or the Green with Yellow.

The Sage & Gold I suppose is a solfter version?

Croc is correct in that they all look the same but not everyone thinks they’re big and awkward. I quite like it as it is very distinct among sports cars. I had a fellow come up to me at the cruise last night and tell me how great the car looked. He had followed me into the city and really like the look from all angles. He was especially impressed with the stance. When he told me he’d  been driving the Z28 I realized  that we had passed each other several times on the four lane section.

Croc is not totally correct in that I find it is only a sauna in the really warm months. Early spring, late fall in New Jersey wouldn’t be much different that here in Ontario. The wife and I find it quite comfortable as last night’s drive home in 6° Celsius (43° Fahrenheit) proved.

I also love your colours.

The photo was taken two years ago at a British car show. We got caught in numerous showers, some very heavy throughout the day.
