lancylad Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Good job John, look at the smile on that kids face..
Alaskossie Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 John, A great story, and a convert to the cause before he is old enough to hold a license. That fine bit of Seven outreach happened on the day I was getting my own Seven's rear axle bearings replaced at Dietchworks in Santa Rosa, and you and Ed went on ahead...sorry I missed it!
JohnCh Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Tom, you also missed this shot that day. Ed and I had stopped for lunch in the mountains above Santa Cruz, and as we exited the cars we saw this little boy just staring at us open mouthed. I remember being that age and just discovering the magic of cars, so I asked him if he wanted to sit behind the wheel. He looked up at mom who quickly told him "Go ahead, get in!" http://john15.web.officelive.com/Documents/kidincar.jpg -John
MightyMike Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 These are my kids in my Birkin. Both have taken a strong liking to cars and karting. http://i51.tinypic.com/154gbbo.jpg
Ruadhd2 Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 From another thread, here's a slideshow of some pretty 7's. These were taken of cars without people or license plates unless I had express requests by USA7 members. Many of these are member cars, some from this thread, and many aren't. If you want your car in the show, just drop me a pm or email: Drsms22@gmail.com http://picasaweb.google.com/drsms22/MostBeautiful7S02#
solder_guy Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 These are my kids in my Birkin. Both have taken a strong liking to cars and karting. beautiful kids and great smiles .. Rob
Automoda Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Interesting rollbar. Is that paint or is that leather covered? I havent seen that before... I kinda like it. Wouldnt it be awesome to have a personal track like that on your own land? I wonder what it'd cost. Get rid of the stumps though.
twobone Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 It is fabric covered. I agree, I wish there were better places to drive in my neck of the woods too.
7veloce Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 My pic was two big in size. Now a small one.
sdca7 Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 My first Caterham. Morgan took some great shots of my current car, but I won't post those without his permission?
MoPho Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 I like this version http://www.mjswebgallery.com/carz2/images/R500_096.TIF.jpg
Alaskossie Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 MoPho, That is truly a calendar-worthy Seven shot!
Off Road SHO Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I like the Gulf Oil color scheme also. I wonder why the louvers are off center? Or maybe it is the center stripe that is off center. Tom
