"A Sh!@#t Load, I'm guessing" - I think it was originally priced at 115,000 sterling pounds which should work out to 213,540.43 USD at todays exchange rate. A simple home equity loan and I could have one sitting in my garage! I'd want to change out the headlights and mirrors, but everything else I think I could live with! :)

Does it look like they copied Brian's design for the scuttle shape? :D

Quite honestly, I wouldn't buy this car even if I had the money. It's a bit gaudy, IMO. I'd just go with a straight up r500 and do the RST or Hartley engine swap.

I have to agree with Al.....and would just buy two r500's one for the street and one for track use and then take a nice vacation with the money saved.

I wonder what could be done to an XR7 for the balance of $168,790.43

I think you would have to equip it with aircraft radios so you could get clearance from launch control for lunar orbit ...

I think if I had that kind of money I would start with a clean sheet of paper and just go nuts..... Probably end up with what they have but abit sicker.... XR7 gone wild...

Cheers
