11Budlite
That's the quote from my youngest daughter Lauren thanking me for letting her and a friend (also named Lauren) take the Birkin for her first drive. She wasn't intimidated at all and did great! Nancy and I followed her in her WRX and took some photos. It's pretty neat watching somebody else drive your se7en! Croc
The smile on Lauren's face looks pretty big....and says it all! Bruce, I think you need to direct your daughter here to buy a Seven for herself. Otherwise you will lose out....
11Budlite
Hmmm, it looks like I'm going to have to be more careful where I leave the keys to the Birkin now! :toetap05: Actually the WRX is Laurens. All Dad had to do is co-sign for the loan and she's paid every penny on it since. I love it when kids are responsible! :blueangel: My choice of drivers is the Birkin, Honda Ridgeline (tow/snow vehicle), 64 MGB (yellow lab transporter), and occasionally Nancy's 2003 Mini. "Bruce, I think you need to direct your daughter here to buy a Seven for herself. Otherwise you will lose out...." Croc - If she wasn't getting married in September and didn't just buy a house, then maybe she could. Maybe I can convince Andy (her fiance) to trade in his hot rod Turbo Celica on a se7en! :cooldude:

Hank
The only person I would EVER let drive my car is my wife as we don't have children. Good thing is she can't see over the aeroscreen. So... it's just me! *maniacal laugh* Laurens looks like they had fun!
Spaz
I can't wait until my little one can drive She is only 6 months old I have a lot of time to change my thinking on that. My wife has driven the car in a parking lot once, but does not like the sequential transmission.

KiwiBirkin
would you believe,,we also have a wrx and a birkin se7en... I prefer the birkin I also prefer the Birkin in fact its started getting more use than the WRX too the point where I have discussed it with my wife about it becoming my daily driver and selling the WRX so I can get her a MX5 or Toyota MR-S. GKANSA
Lucky girls my dad(southwind25) wont let me drive let alone breath on his birkin ... Its his baby. But my mom did let me drive her wrx from time to time. Thats the car i got my first speeding ticket in. No bigge 90 in a construction zone. Hey if they put cones out you got to suspect one of the thousands of drivers who pass by them one will have the urge to solom with a very capable car(2002 subaru wrx sti awd). Im sorry mom i couldent resist there was a girl in the passenger seat. =) Edited November 16, 2009 by GKANSA

I have to chuckle... I struggle with that at every construction zone!! Have even risked it a few times! And, the pretty girl at my side has been there 25 years... and can beat me through the slaloms some of the time!
