Putting one of those on a British designed car is just WRONG!!!!!! Churchill would roll over in his grave. I guess it would be a "V-7" instead of a V-1. Russ

This may be the only way I keep up with Kitcat on this weekends track days...

Hoo-boy, this from Mr. Cosworth tuned Duratec. And you have silver paint, wh/everyone knows is faster than red. I shudda kept my X-flow, then I had an excuse for being slow:).

As if the typical "7" isn't quite loud enough already... lets add a buzz bomb ram jet!!! At least we could be the envy of the local Harley and sport bike riders who all seem to be putting out sound at just above the threshold of pain level....Plus we would get the added benefit of having MORE places to burn ourselves. LOL.

If having a "7" for a car didn't make it a bit like throwing stones in a glass house I'd say that anyone riding a big hot stove pipe powered bike was a whack-o. LOL

A pluse jet!? Friend had one when we were kids... these were available as Control line model airplane engines. Main memory was that these were ; a complete bugger to start. Only a bottle of compressed air worked reliably. It burned gasoline which made it genuinely risky. The thing was LOUD and glowed a bright red in use.

Dissapointingly the performance was only mediocre.

A simple/ubiquitous Fox 35 stunt Glo motor on a propeller easily out performed the thing. Bit of a Bust.

Methinks this guy has been inhaling more exhaust than is good for him.

As digression this adjunct page: http://throttleyard.com/2011/09/29/ty-exclusive-1968-bultaco-metralla-project/

with the Metralla is hugely more interesting.
