Ian7
I need a new race trailer, so sadly the toy has to go :-( Right hand drive, ‘bench’ seat, fully carpeted, 4-point harnesses, quick-release Momo anatomic wheel, live axle, open diff, 4-speed heavy-duty Escort gearbox. I put on 4 new tires ( 912-988-3515 or PM's Edited February 19, 2012 by Ian7
MHKflyer52
This car is going to make someone very happy at that price. So what type of race car trailer are you looking for and what will be going into it?
Ian7
We upgraded to a Swift 016, and current trailer is too narrow, so seems a good time to go longer as well as wider. 40-foot (+/-) gooseneck on the cards :-)
Kitcat
Long cockpit?
Ian7
Never been quite sure what that means ... drivers side has extra length where pedals mount, and me at 5'8" can't reach them sitting in bench seat without a spacer, so probably "yes"; anything else I could check for? dallasdude
Pretty sophisticated race car. The 016. Whats the speed on the back straight at Road Atalanta?
Ian7
Pretty sophisticated race car. The 016. Whats the speed on the back straight at Road Atalanta? been years since we ran Atlantic, we'll find out this summer; but 016 is a brick compared to other FA's we've had, might not break 160 with the SCCA map..... coffee break
Are there any emission equipment on the motor, EGR or CAT to help with tail pipe test in the Atlanta area?
Ian7
Are there any emission equipment on the motor, EGR or CAT to help with tail pipe test in the Atlanta area? Unless there's something sophisticated hidden inside the stock-looking side muffler, sadly no I'm afraid......

Ian7
Sold. Two inquiries, one visit, sold for 75% of last years purchase price. Yikes, is the market really that bad....?
Kitcat
Not sure, I sold my X-flow here last Fall for abt $2K less than I paid, but 4 years & 16K miles later. I do know that patience is a virtue when selling. And if it's a Caterham, it helps to drop Tony Vacarro a line.
Ian7
LOL yes, he was certainly instrumental in making the previous owner of my car a happy seller.
